The Brief
With a proud legacy in traditional design, print, and creative services, our agency has evolved significantly in recent years - embracing a more digital-first approach to meet the changing needs of our clients. As we expanded our team and invested in top-tier talent across digital, web, and online marketing, it became clear that our brand needed to evolve as well.
Our rebrand is a reflection of this transformation. We set out to create an identity that not only honours our heritage, but also resonates with today’s informed and discerning audiences. The result is a brand that bridges our creative roots with our forward-thinking, digital expertise - positioning us to deliver even greater value in an ever-evolving landscape.
The Solution
To place greater emphasis on tangible data and results-driven outcomes, we recognised the need for a more holistic and strategic approach - one that moves beyond granular tactics to deliver real impact. This insight became the cornerstone of our newly refreshed offering.
Central to this transformation was the refinement of our tone of voice and messaging. We set out to inspire trust and showcase our technical expertise, adopting a user-centric, strategic methodology grounded in scientific principles. With a renewed focus on ROI, our communications now reflect a commitment to measurable success and meaningful client outcomes.
Visually, we sought an aesthetic that feels both digitally oriented and timeless. We selected a retro-inspired typeface paired with a vivid, digital-first color palette to signal innovation and forward-thinking. Yet, we remained true to our roots by retaining our signature dark and cream swatches - a nod to our heritage in traditional print and the original Derbyshire-based milking parlour where our agency’s story began.
To complement our visual identity, we developed a suite of bespoke geometric shapes and icons. These handcrafted elements infuse our creative work with energy and serve as visual metaphors for our scientific, methodical approach to marketing.
At the heart of our brand lies our holistic offering, which encompasses the full spectrum of marketing and branding. This is built upon three foundational pillars:
Brand: The overarching pillar representing reputation and perception - encompassing both experience and campaign. This is the ‘thing’ that defines who we are.
Experience: The emotional response evoked in audiences when they engage with the brand. This is the ‘feeling’ that forges lasting connections.
Campaign: The strategies and tactics that bring the brand to life and engage audiences. This is the ‘doing’ that drives results.
